What is the typical lead time for 'Made to Order' items?
Most Epaulet Made to Order (MTO) garments, including our specialty trousers and shirting, typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks. This allows our artisans to ensure every detail meets our quality standards.
How do I determine my correct size in Epaulet trousers?
We provide detailed measurement charts for all our fits, such as the Walt and Rivet Chino. We recommend measuring a pair of trousers you already own and comparing those dimensions to our size guide for the most accurate fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy for stock versus custom items?
Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original condition. However, 'Made to Order' and final sale items are non-returnable due to their customized nature.
Can I request a specific fabric for a custom project?
Absolutely. We frequently run limited-edition fabric groups. If you have a specific request for a deadstock textile or a particular mill, please contact our customer service team to discuss bespoke possibilities.
